The COEDU team is composed of certified consultants and coaches with 10+ years of international experience in project management, process optimization, leading F2F workshops and delivering coaching sessions in Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and United Kingdom, along with online workshops around the globe.

Marek specializes in individual and team coaching using the BRIEF method - coaching focused on the solution. He has 12 years of experience in LEAN implementation coaching for production companies and in project management coaching. As a volunteer, he led the IPMA Global Coaches and Mentors Program from 2019 to 2021.
