We value your privacy. This privacy policy will provide you with information on the processing of personal data when communicating with us and when visiting the website https://www.coedu.eu in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “ZOOÚ”).

 

I. Operator, scope and purpose of personal data processing

 

Website operatorsof https://www.coedu.eu is the company COEDU Consulting & Education, s.r.o. with its registered office Šancová 7961 / 11B, 811 05 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto, ID 52834913, e-mail res@coedu.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

 

The persons concerned are natural persons whose personal data are necessary to complete the contact form for requesting a quote. 

 

The controller has not appointed a responsible person pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR and Article 44 of the GDPR. You can send your complaints to: res@coedu.sk

 

The subject of processing is personal data consisting of: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is found at Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR and § 13 par. 1 letter f) ZOOÚ. The operator processes personal data necessary to exercise a legitimate interest, but not for more than 5 years.  

 

The purpose of processing the personal data of the persons concerned is the elaboration of a price offer of a person interested in the operator's services and subsequent communication to specify the assignment and parameters of the offer. Another purpose of processing is possible: on the basis of the consent granted pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR and § 13 par. 1 letter a) ZOOÚ; in the performance of a contract concluded with the person concerned or the employer of the person concerned; in the performance of legal obligations, including the provision of personal data to public authorities and in the legitimate interest of the provider, in particular in asserting claims or defending against claims. 

 

II. Cookies

 

The operator uses cookies on the website https://www.coedu.eu with the WIX Analytics tool for statistical analysis. You can browse our site without cookies enabled. In this case, its functionality may be partially limited. 

 

III. Embedded content

 

Digital content on this website may include embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, and more). Embedded content from other sites behaves as if a visitor visited another website. This website may collect personal information about you, use cookies, insert third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with embedded content, including tracking your interaction with embedded content if you have an account on the website and are logged in. 

 

IV. Retention of personal data

We will retain your personal data as long as we have a legitimate interest in retaining it, as long as it takes your consent, or as long as effective legislation imposes such an obligation on us. After the specified retention period of personal data retention, your personal data will be deleted.

  • the right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data,

  • the right to be informed of a breach of the security of your personal data,

  • the right to erasure, and

  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
